Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting and testing small cell sites. The Small Cell Technician will be the first to respond to outages and impairments and make the needed repairs to assigned networks. This role also requires preventative maintenance inspections to remote DAS equipment and host related equipment as well as the application of safe work practices to all work-related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation of small cell hardware and equipment for both aerial and underground locations.
- Installation and termination of ½” coaxial cables.
- Installation of required power and grounding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and other project documents. These will include, but not limited to, specifications, reporting, and design requirements.
- Operation and understanding of RF test equipment such as PIM unit, Sweep meter and Light meter.
- Must work in a team environment that requires regular communication with other AiNow employees, vendors, and clients.
- Must be flexible and able to travel to project sites for up to two weeks at a time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- One year minimum of related experience is required.
- Ability to pass a national background check, motor vehicle records check and drug screen.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Abilities
- Ability to read a compass and determine azimuths.
- Experience operating and driving a bucket truck, including a boom, in a public right of way.
- Experience using JMA connector or other connectors. Certification not required.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Ability to stand, kneel and crouch for extended periods, climb ladders and lift up to 85 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights greater than or equal to 40 feet.
Tower Construction Manager (Wireless)
Must have Wireless industry experience working with Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon
Would be a plus to have worked on Ericsson projects.
The position will be located in our Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas market. Frequent travel as well as driving company owned vehicles may be required. Specific qualifications include:

- Must have experience stacking self-support towers, installing waveguide, antennas and microwave dishes.

As a Tower Construction Manager, you will be responsible managing a range of 1-4 subordinate supervisors (foremen) who supervise a total of range 1-6 employees in the Construction/Tower Field Crews. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
This position will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing all Construction/Tower work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

-Climbing
-Rigging
-Installing and modifying sector mounts, T-Booms, platforms and banding of monopoles.

- Study specifications to plan procedures for project on basis of start and completion dates/times and staffing requirements for each phase of Project/Construction. Create SOW according to site specifications, plans and requirements.
- Determine work force requirements and establishes production schedules to meet service loads. Estimates worker hour requirements for completion of each job assignment.
- Initiates Job Work Orders for all Construction/Tower Project work.
- Create BOM’s and examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to insure completeness and accuracy.
- Process and review all paperwork generated from outside office (time- sheets, job sheets, reports, and production records) for accuracy, completeness, and details.
- Initiates list of tools and materials to be ordered/delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. Directs and coordinates testing and inspecting of equipment for operational performance.
- Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with job production procedures in cooperation with other Field Supervisors to maximize service reliability and minimize costs.
- Requests amendments to or extensions of Job service contracts (change orders).
- Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.
- Acts as liaison between Company, Field Personnel and Customers.

Structured Cabling Technician
Job Type: Full-time or Contract
Technician will be working under the guidance of a Lead. Your main responsibilities will be providing skilled maintenance, installations, additions and/or repair and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems, associated materials and equipment on any type of project.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lay out work and preps materials for installation.
- Perform overhead and underground layout and rough.
- Terminate all types of copper cable including coaxial, multi-pair and Cat 3 thru 6.
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble and install cable tray using measuring devices and hand tools.
- Assemble and install relay racks, network cabinets, with all associated components.
- Perform fiber optic cable installation and terminations all types.
- Perform structured cabling installations in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
- Correctly setup and operate copper and fiber optic testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and resolve problems in structured cabling systems.
- Operate any power and hand tools and equipment necessary to perform all associated tasks.
- Perform other project related duties and assignments instructed by Lead.
- Meet attendance standards and comply with late/absence notification procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience of on the structured Cabling work experience as well as demonstrated skills at the Technician level.
- Must have a current Driver’s License, and own reliable transportation.
- High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent.
- Be able to deliver high quality craftmanship.
